World 
Cultures

 This is a 7th grade social studies course. The primary focus of this course will be looking at Ancient Egypt, China, India, Ancient Greece and Rome, the Middle Ages, Renaissance, and revolutions in different empires. With these topics we will create an in-depth investigation of different cultures, physical, environmental, social, political, and governmental issues. While connecting past events to present issues, forming historical opinions worthwhile research and writing assignments for future careers. Each unit will have a variety of images, PowerPoint, music, literature, writing components, video clips, hybrid learning, and other hands-on materials to enhance your learning experience.
